If you purchased a subscription plan or enabled a trial on our websites:

For website-based subscriptions or trial activations, please email us at support@skillnova.io specifying your need for a refund. We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, guided by our current policies and applicable laws. As outlined in our Refund Policy, we must understand the reason for your request before proceeding. Your opinion is essential to us, and we would like to know why you were dissatisfied.

If you made a purchase directly on our website and were offered the "Money-back Guarantee" option during checkout

If you purchased directly on our website and were offered the "Money-back guarantee" at checkout, you can request a refund within 30 days, provided you meet these conditions:

  • 1-week plan: Used the app for 3+ consecutive days, completing at least 2 guides or 70% of modules.
  • 4-week plan: Used the app for 7+ consecutive days, completing at least 4 guides or 80% of modules.
  • 12-week plan: Used the app for 10+ consecutive days, completing at least 4 guides or 80% of modules.
